Protect finished roofs. Improve footing. Keep your work area organized.
The Roof Rug™ is a heavy-duty rubber traction mat built for the daily demands of roofing. Made from 3/8" thick rubber blend, it provides a high-friction work surface that helps reduce wear on newly installed shingles while creating a comfortable staging area wherever the job takes you.
Whether you're stepping off a ladder, staging tools on a steep slope, or protecting a finished roof during high-traffic work, the Roof Rug quickly becomes one of the most useful pieces of equipment on the truck.
Available in 3' × 4' and 2' × 3' sizes. (custom sizes available on request)

Built for Roofing
The Roof Rug™ is designed to conform to roofing surfaces while maintaining excellent grip. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to carry onto the roof, reposition throughout the day, and store when the job is complete.
Place it where you work most—not where you wish you had protection after the damage is done.
Common Uses
Ladder Landing Zone
Hang the Roof Rug over the gutter and roof edge to create a more comfortable transition when climbing on and off the roof. Especially useful on freshly installed roofs where the lower courses receive repeated foot traffic.
Material Staging
Set bundles, fasteners, tools, compressors, or equipment on the mat to help reduce scuffing and distribute pressure over finished roofing surfaces.
High-Traffic Walkway
Create a dedicated path across frequently traveled sections of the roof to minimize unnecessary wear during larger projects.
Steep Roof Work Area
Use as a portable work platform while installing valleys, flashing, vents, pipe boots, skylights, ridge cap, solar components, or performing repairs.
Tool & Equipment Pad
Provides a clean location to place nail guns, hand tools, fasteners, sealants, and other materials while helping prevent sliding on sloped surfaces.
Roof Protection
Ideal for protecting architectural shingles during punch-list work, inspections, gutter installation, holiday lighting installation, satellite work, HVAC service, painting, photography, and other trades working on completed roofs.
