Contra Footwear Return and Order Policy

At Contra, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return and request a size for exchange of your order for the desired size or style.  
  • Exchanged product must be new in box with all packaging in tact (do not return with label taped to box (must be in a shipping box or bag)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.
  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email us at returns@contrafootwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions.

Returns

  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and markings.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • No free shipping on exchanges for apparel or gloves

Domestic Returns & Exchanges (U.S.)


Unused items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Products must show no signs of wear, use, or installation. Original packaging is required.

International Orders including Alaska and Hawaii


International returns and exchanges are accepted, however return shipping and any associated duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs are not refundable.

Bulk Orders & Discounted Purchases


Orders placed with bulk pricing, promotional discounts, or volume-based discounts are eligible for return; however, refunds will be prorated based on the discounted rate originally applied to the order.
If returning part of a bulk or discounted order causes the remaining items to fall below the discount threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed during pre-sale are considered reservations for upcoming inventory. Because these orders secure production and allocation of product in advance, cancellations may be non-refundable.

If a cancellation is approved, a minimum processing fee of 3% will be deducted from any refund to cover non-recoverable payment processing charges and administrative costs.

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout. By placing a pre-sale order, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
