Contra Footwear Return Policy
At Contra, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
Returns
- Items must be unworn, in new condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and markings.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired size or style.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.
- Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at returns@contrafootwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions.
