Order Processing Time

Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) typically ship same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Methods & Free Shipping

Free Shipping (when offered) will ship via the best available method selected by Contra, based on speed, reliability, and destination.

If you select a paid shipping option, your order will ship using that specific service.

We reserve the right to change carriers or service levels as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Typical domestic delivery times range from 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and service selected.
Contra is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Contra is not responsible for loss or theft.
